The Story

Inspired by the timeless tradition of signet rings, ‘The First One’ reimagines the classic family crest with a modern twist: a brilliant white topaz at its centre. The choice of white topaz — a stone associated with clarity, resilience, and individuality — reflects a more personal heritage, turning the ring into a symbol of identity rather than lineage.

Each ring begins its life in wax, where the design is carefully carved before being cast in silver. This process gives the ring its organic surface textures and subtle casting marks — details that are intentionally preserved to celebrate individuality.

The piece is then silversmithed in Germany by a renowned atelier, before being hand-finished in Amsterdam. This meticulous process ensures that every ring is entirely handmade, carrying with it the hallmarks of craftsmanship, durability, and lasting quality.
