What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Please note that all shipments are insured until they are delivered to you.
The shipping timeline provided during checkout is a rough estimate of the number of days it takes for your order to be delivered from the shipping date, excluding weekends, holidays, and unpredictable delays by couriers, such as bad weather, high volume, or traffic. Any changes made by the customer to the delivery options may cause delays in delivery. If your order contains in-stock items, items shipped later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the shipping date may change. Be sure to check the dates provided during checkout and in your confirmation email.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable items.
Shipments outside the EU may incur additional customs and service fees. Please note that AVJ has no control over these fees and cannot provide information about the costs, as they vary by country. Contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that we are unable to refund customs duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress and see when it will be delivered.

If a vintage item needs to be custom made, please note that this can take up to 5 working days.

What do "in stock," "ship later," and "made-to-order" mean?

In stock

These items are currently in our inventory and ready for a new home! In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after the purchase date. Please note that in-stock items requiring engraving or monogramming may take a little longer to ship, usually within 10 business days after the purchase date.

Ship later

We do not have these items in stock yet, but they are on their way! Don't worry, you can still make a purchase, and your order will be queued to be shipped as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page and at checkout for reference. You will find this above the "Add to Cart" button. Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order

For these items, after you place your order, we need to make the piece specially for you, which may take a bit more time to process. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you know when to expect it.
