ArteGia Return Policy

When purchasing a product, you have the possibility to cancel the agreement without giving any reasons for 14 days. This time for consideration starts on the day after receipt of the product. 

Please note we do not accept returns/exchanges on earrings due to hygiene. Additionally, shipping costs from online purchases are not refundable.

During the time of consideration please carefully handle both product and packaging. Please only unwrap the packaging or use the product in as far as this is necessary to establish whether or not you wish to keep the product. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please send an email to info@gioia.ai within 14 days after receiving the product. We will then confirm your return after which you can send your package back within 14 days to the following address:

The product should be returned to ArteGia unworn, in its original state and packaging, in accordance with reasonable instructions given by email. Costs for shipping are borne by the customer.
