  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bhumiclothing.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
