GERMANY:
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day. In 98% of cases, delivery is at your home just 2 working days later. 
However, in some irregular cases mail may take longer, this may take up to 15 business days before a package is delivered.

EU: 
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day.
Please allow between 3-15 business days before a package is delivered

INTERNATIONAL:
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day.
Please allow between 5-20 business days before a package is delivered

Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will not be picked up until Monday.

Our packages are sent by regular mail without tracking. All of our packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't have to be at home at time of delivery
