Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided that the jewelry is still in its original condition. This means that the transparent packaging must also be unopened. After opening the transparent packaging, the seal is broken and we can no longer accept the item as a return. We will not reimburse return costs.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to try on pieces of jewelry first and then send them back.
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not take back earrings.
We do not accept returns of worn items.

We recommend always sending returns with a tracking number.
Please pack the return carefully. The jewelry card should also arrive undamaged.

If your return shipment does not meet these conditions, we will send it back. We will not reimburse the shipping costs for this.

Don't forget to include your order number and/or name when returning. It is also important that you provide your return address. If it is not clear who the package came from, we cannot process it as a return.

If you return part of your order, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded. Please note that if you order more than 3 items, you will receive the shipping costs as a gift from us. If the number of items falls below 3 after return, we will still charge you the shipping costs of your order. You may also lose your batch discount if you only keep part of your order.
