You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

The returned products will be refunded upon receipt to the account with which the order was placed. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility that the package is received in good order (also in the case of missing packages) and that the customer can prove the return with proof of shipment, if necessary. If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if only part is returned, the shipping costs will remain at your own expense. 

NB!
Products that are not returned in the original packaging will only be processed if the product is still in good condition.

Exchange
Do you want to exchange your order for an item of the same price? Write this down and we will ensure that the new earrings come your way! Are these earrings of a different amount? Then you must order the earrings again and the amount for the other earrings will be refunded.

Refunds
For returns, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Eline Rosina reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they have been worn or have not been returned within the specified period. 

If you want to return a product that was paid for with a gift card, you will receive a gift card credit in return. It is not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for money.
