GAYA Return Policy
Exchanges or returns can be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To manage an exchange or return you must:
- Send an email at info@gioia.ai to request an exchange or return, specifying the reason. Include the order number in the subject line.
- Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 5 business days to proceed with the next steps necessary for returning. Or if purchased in Lima we will schedule an appointment with you at our Miraflores store.
- The exchange or return must be made by the person who purchased the product.

It is important that the parts for exchange or return are in the same condition in which they were delivered, along with the cases, manuals or user guides
(as applicable). - Before proceeding and processing with an exchange or return, the pieces will be evaluated. Diamonds will be tested to ensure their authenticity, and their characteristics will be compared with the certificates.
Exchange:
- Send an email at info@gioia.ai to request an exchange of parts, specifying the reason and including necessary images. Include the order number in the subject line.
- Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 5 business days to proceed with the next steps necessary for part changes.
- If purchased in Lima we'll schedule an appointment at our store in San Isidro (business hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.) so you can make the exchange.
Returns of a purchased item:
The return of a purchased item will only be accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is not the one you selected.
- The product does not meet the characteristics offered or is defective.
- The delivery was not made within the indicated/agreed period.
Under no circumstances will a return be refunded by the original payment method. If a product is accepted as a return a Credit Note will be issued with a maximum validity of 6 (six) months.
