Shipping cost
Shipping of parts to the delivery areas detailed below is free.
For areas not detailed below, costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery for Rest of the world:
Delivery to any other country than Peru, has a flat rate of 50euros.
This does not include any duties or taxes from the recipients country. Any duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We will serve orders in the following districts of Lima:

Delivery time
- Delivery times are estimated upon confirmation of payment.

Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you by phone and/or email to coordinate the estimated delivery date and time, as well as the details of the
person who will receive the order. - The estimated shipping time for Lima is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery area.
Delivery process

We will request the ID of the person authorized to receive the order.
Once the delivery is made, we will take a photo of the person receiving the order and their ID. - You must sign the Delivery Guide.
- The Sales Receipt or Invoice will arrive to your email.
Take into account that:
- If the person registered as the purchaser or the person authorized to receive the product is not present at the indicated location at the time of delivery, the order will not be delivered. In this case, you must contact GIOIA at info@gioia.ai or call +51 999 914 160 to reschedule delivery.
- If the product isn't received within two visits, you can pick it up at our store. Upon pickup, you must present your ID or Alien Registration Card.
- Upon delivery of the product to your home or store, you must inspect its condition and delivery status. If no complaints are recorded on the delivery document, it will be deemed that the product was received and in good condition.
Pick up in store (only in Lima)
When coordinating product delivery, you can request the in-store pickup option.
To do so:

We will schedule an appointment at our San Isidro location, Av.
Alvarez Calderon 185 (Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) -
You must specify the name of the person who will collect the
item and the ID or CE number.
