To initiate a return please email info@gioia.ai with your order number
We hope you love your purchase! However, should you need to make a return, you will have 14 days from your order ship date to do so.
Products must be returned in original condition for the return to be processed.
Lili Claspe reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
Products purchased on sale can be returned unworn within 14 days of purchase ship date. However, items purchased from the archive sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Lili Claspe does not offer repairs. However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@liliclaspe.com within 5 days of delivery date. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review.
Lili Claspe is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
Returns from Elsewhere
We accept returns of international orders within 21 days of original shipping date.
International orders can be returned using the carrier of your choosing and by sending the package to the following address:

Please note that for international returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and contacting customer service (info@liliclaspe.com) with tracking details once shipped.
Please include the original order packing slip in the return package to expedite the refund process.
*Items received in a return package that have not been approved in the request will be returned to sender.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Returns for US
We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of original shipping date.
Please include the original order packing slip in the return package to expedite the refund process. Once your return/exchange has been created by us, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any post office or USPS location.
*Items received in a return package that have not been approved in the request will be returned to sender.
When returning item(s) for a refund, a $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected at our offices. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Refund returns postmarked after the 14 days will be processed as store credit. When returning item(s) for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived and credit will be applied once product has been delivered and inspected at our offices.
When exchanging item(s), the restocking fee will be waived and the customer will be able to shop now for new pieces. New item(s) will be shipped once the exchange package is “in transit” back to us.
