How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above €80.
Orders under €80 are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments designated for Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
- If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
- For other countries, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated on checkout.

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery times range from 1-11 business days depending on the destination. 

All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

No rights can be derived from these times nor will compensation be offered if these times are exceeded.
