RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges must be requested by email to info@gioia.ai within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return request to be processed.
We will email you back letting you know your request has been accepted
The pieces must be in the original condition with the original packaging and the corresponding invoice.
Any piece that appear to have been altered in any way will be refused.
Please note that we do not issue refunds if the piece is deemed faulty, worn or any thing other than in the original condition.
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
This cost will not be reimbursed from GIOIA or Mila, Sai. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
Return your pieces to the address provided in your request.
We will not be held liable for any piece returned to a wrong address or not received via post.
