Missoma Return Policy
1.Returns
If for some reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items - including earrings - that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.
Free returns for UK customers. We're currently offering an extended returns period for all orders. Orders can be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
For customers based in Europe or other international countries, the return cost will be calculated upon your request.
This cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We're unable to accept returns on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
Our returns period is currently 60 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.
2.Exchanges
We no longer accept exchanges for online purchases (including for size changes). Please contact us at info@gioia.ai if you have any questions about an item or order.
3.Refunds
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
