Moncollier Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders placed in-store or online have a maximum period of 30 days to return them. Returns are only accepted for online orders.
In-store returns will be accepted as a gift card or product exchange.

Moncollier will not assume the costs of the return.
Return shipping and handeling costs are sole responsibility of the buyer

To start your Return:

  • Send an email to  info@gioia.ai informing us of the return, including the order number and the reason for the return. 
  • Send the product in its original packaging to the address, indicating the order number inside:
    • Moncollier C/ Madrazo 104 local (Moncollier store) 08021 Barcelona
  • When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed with the refund using the same payment method.

Important:

  • Under no circumstances will we refund the shipping costs.
  • We will not refund items that are damaged or broken, which are not due to a manufacturing defect.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for party and/or other products (headbands, hats, fascinators, ponchos, and party bags). 

EXCHANGES
The deadline for exchanging an item is 30 days from receipt.

The customer will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged product, and Moncollier will ship the new product free of charge.

To start your Exchange:

  • Send an email to info@gioia.ai informing us of the exchange, including the order number and the reason for the exchange. 
  • Send the product with its original packaging to the address:
    • Moncollier C/ Madrazo 104 local (Moncollier store) 08021 Barcelona
  • When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed with the exchange. 
  • The customer can also make the exchange in the physical store.

At Moncollier, we are committed to ensuring that everything is well-made, so if any of the pieces arrive broken or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@gioia.ai and we will try to resolve it.

Important: Exchanges and returns are not accepted for special stock clearance offers.
