Pilgrim Return Policy

To initiate a return please email info@gioia.ai with your order number

Return fee
The return fee is 4 EUR/GBP and the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

90 days return policy 
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and therefore we have a 90 days return policy. All items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.

Your return will be processed within 10 working days from the day at arrival to our distribution center in Denmark.

We will notify you once we’ve processed your return. Please note that the refund will be transferred to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card/PayPal/gift card, etc.).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and make a return of the original product.

Returns in store
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase from Pilgrim, you can do so in all our Danish and Swedish stores (except Magasin and Salling). If you wish to exchange to another item, the exchange tag is sufficient. If you wish to return an item and get your money refunded, you need to bring the order confirmation.
