RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
This Returns and Exchanges Policy explains your options for canceling a contract with us, returning your purchase, and your rights regarding refunds or exchanges.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the contract established by our written order confirmation without giving any reason within 15 days from the day you, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the products in your order.
If you are a customer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area and have made a purchase via the Sales Channels, this constitutes your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

To cancel the contract and return your product(s), you can contact us and follow the instructions provided, or you can send us a clear written statement, such as a letter or email, to: info@gioia.ai.

Products purchased through the Sales Channels may only be returned to our Qubalé distribution center at the address of our Returns Department, as provided through our Client Relations Center. In some cases, returns may also be made to selected Qubalé locations in accordance with these Conditions of Sale.

To return a product to our e-boutique distribution center, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by email through info@gioia.ai

  2. You may choose to drop off the parcel at one of our logistics partner’s network locations within the eligible return period. At this stage, you may be asked to provide information about the product to allow us to make an initial assessment of its condition.

  3. The Client Relations Center will send you a return form via email, or you may use the return form included with your product delivery.

  4. Complete the required information on the return form and sign it.

  5. Include the completed return form in the package along with the product, all its accessories, any complimentary items received with your order, the Service Guide, warranty card, and all other documents, all in their original box.

  6. Seal the package securely and affix the bill that was included with your purchase.

  7. For the drop-off service, drop off the package at the agreed logistics partner’s location.

It is important to retain proof of return shipment, as we accept no liability if proof cannot be provided. Only merchandise received by our Qubalé distribution center is eligible for a refund or exchange. If you choose to use a logistics partner other than the one provided by us, the risk of loss or damage during transit remains with you until the product is in our possession.

We will verify that the returned product meets the conditions outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. If all conditions are met, we will proceed with the appropriate refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, including the Qubalé box and delivery materials. Protective coverings, tags, and stickers (if applicable) must be intact, and all accessories and documents must be included. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows any signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original state.

If your order included any complimentary items, these must also be returned with the product.

All returned items will undergo strict Quality Control ("QC") to ensure they meet our standards. If the products fail to pass QC, we will refuse the return and send the items back to you. If the returned items pass QC, we will process the refund or exchange.

Non-compliance with these Conditions of Sale may result in the refusal of your return, and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

You may return a product purchased through the Sales Channels for a refund, provided the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, specifically with (a) the Right to Cancel and (b) the Return Process outlined above.

If the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, we will make every reasonable effort to refund the purchase price to the original buyer using the same payment method used for the initial transaction within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned item at the Qubalé e-boutique distribution center.
Initial shipping charges (if applicable) will also be refunded, except when you opted for a non-standard delivery option, in which case any additional costs will be non-refundable.
