🕒 Order Processing

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Please note, delivery times are approximate.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, a national ID (DNI) is required for orders over €150. Orders will be held until the ID is received. You may provide it in the corresponding field or by emailing info@gioia.ai

For all shipments outside Spain (including the Canary Islands), it is necessary to provide your ID number in the indicated field.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delays during peak seasons

During Black Friday, Christmas, special campaigns, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, international logistics incidents), shipments may take longer than usual.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it after receiving it by following our Returns Policy.

Claim Period

If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it, you have up to 1 month from the delivery date to file a claim. After this period, we cannot be held responsible.

Change of courier

We reserve the right to select or modify the courier company in order to guarantee delivery in the shortest possible time and under the best conditions.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please carefully review your shipping details before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we cannot take responsibility for any delay or loss. If the package is returned to our atelier, it may be resent after paying the shipping costs again.

Recipient not available

Couriers usually attempt delivery more than once. If after several attempts the order cannot be delivered, it will typically be deposited at a collection point or returned to our atelier. In the latter case, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle the issue with the courier company and find the best solution. Please note that resolution times also depend on the logistics provider.

Business day calculation

Delivery times are counted in business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays (both national and local).


Duties & Taxes

All additional charges related to customs, taxes, or withholdings are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at destination. These amounts are never included in the product price or shipping costs.

If you are outside the European Union, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities.

From Spain, we ship with love, but every country has its own import rules. Therefore, upon receiving your order, you may need to pay an additional amount to enjoy your package. These charges are independent of shipping costs and are managed directly by local customs authorities.
