SHIPPING:
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12pm CEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. 

 
No rights can be derived from these times nor will compensation be offered if these times are exceeded

FEES & TAXES:
SUSMIES is based in Spain, so shipments to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees and taxes. In this case, it will be borne by the buyer.

Import and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. Upon receipt of your purchase, you must pay in order to receive the package. These charges are independent of the cost of transportation and are determined by the competent customs authorities.
